Returns & Exchanges
We only replace and accept returns of defective items that were defected upon arrival and reported about within 7 days of purchase on our website. To get the refund, please send us picture or video proof to [email] that the item you received from us was damaged upon arrival. If we conclude that the item was damaged by the customer, no replacement will be possible.
If we approved your request to return and/or replace the damaged item, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return the damaged item to us.
If the item you purchased was returned to us because of failing to accept delivery, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for re-shipment.
We can only cancel an order before it has been shipped and only within 24 hours from the moment the order has been placed.
Refunds & Reshipments
You can request a refund or a reshipment if the order hasn’t been delivered within 45 days after the order has been placed.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund or a reshipment. We only accept such requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery time (45 days) has expired.
Your request will be processed within 14 days. If you want to change a method of payment, clarify it in your request, otherwise the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
It usually takes up to 14 days for a refund to appear in your account depending on your bank / credit card company.
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your bank to check if the refund is still being processed. If your bank doesn’t see your refund on your account in the system, please contact us at email@example.com
